Article 5 — Nhi’s Everyday   Formula
Nhi enjoyed  products but learned that true results depended on lifestyle.
Her turning point came after months of irregular sleep and rushed meals left her feeling tired and affected her skin.
She created a routine centered around recovery.
She woke at 7:00.
Instead of immediately drinking coffee, she drank water and ate breakfast first.
Her meals followed balance:
Protein
Vegetables
Healthy fats
Enough carbohydrates
She refused to label foods as good or bad.
Exercise became part of her schedule.
Monday and Thursday:
Pilates
Tuesday:
Long walk
Weekend:
Dance sessions at home
She also cared for posture.
During work, she stretched every hour and avoided sitting too long.
Her  routine emphasized skin protection.
Morning:
Gentle cleanser
Lightweight moisturizer
Sunscreen
Evening:
Double cleansing
Hydration
Rest
Nhi also paid attention to details:
Clean towels
Fresh pillowcases
Regular hydration
Comfortable sleep environment
Before bed, she reflected on the day and avoided overstimulation.
Months later, she noticed she looked healthier—not because she became someone else, but because she supported her body instead of fighting it.
She realized beauty felt different when it came from daily care rather than pressure.
